About The Position

People Leader for Design and Release Engineers of FNA and FoM regions. Responsible for high quality (on-time, within budget, and meeting engineering and attribute requirements) delivery to GPDS milestones for Roof & Back lite glass systems. Absolute focus on delivery of robust designs and failure mode avoidance by applying engineering disciplines including DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, PDP and ES specifications. Deliver focused TVM, Warranty reduction, and benchmarking. Proactively lead teams.

Requirements

• Experience in leading Design and Release Engineers.
• Knowledge of GPDS milestones.
• Proficiency in engineering disciplines including DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, PDP, and ES specifications.
• Experience in delivering TVM, Warranty reduction, and benchmarking.
