This position is responsible for supporting business plan goals by developing and monitoring tasks to ensure goals are achieved. The Supervisor will ensure appropriate manpower planning and budgeting for efficient operations, and that required resources are available to meet customer and corporate requirements. This role provides leadership and guidance to all members of the department, solves problems and resolves issues impacting operational performance (quality, safety, finance, associate relations), and manages departmental new model activities. The Supervisor must maintain inventory accuracy, all regulatory and compliance requirements, and ensure consistent and professional communication with customers and associates. They will manage projects, develop section leaders and associates, monitor safety results, and assist in developing safety-related countermeasures. The role requires anticipating potential problems and applying solutions, acting as a role model for all associates, achieving daily production targets, and continuously improving department content and activities. The Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring all daily and monthly reports are completed on time and communicating effectively to peers and the Assistant Manager.
