About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Production Team Leader for our Belmond, IA location, to ensure our team there safely meets or exceeds production requirements and customer quality expectations. Tri Rinse is an award-winning, St. Louis-based provider of agricultural services including seed box management, container management, industrial cleaning, and formulation/packaging. Requirements

  • At least a high school diploma (or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years of experience in leadership roles or with leadership responsibilities
  • Demonstrated high level of hands-on servant leadership to motivate a team
  • Problem solving and analytical skills primarily focused on Microsoft Office software like Excel
  • Highly aware of health and safety needs in a warehouse environment
  • Work with integrity and professionalism every day

Nice To Haves

  • Some college education
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all closing processes have been completed at the end of your shift and that the production equipment is set up for the next day.
  • Troubleshoot processes, equipment, and products and consult with maintenance as needed regarding needs for repair or replacement.
  • Support your team by ensuring proper tools and equipment are available and in correct location.
  • Perform regular quality checks to provide the best possible service for our customers
  • Analyze production for areas of improvement to maintain efficiency and meet production quotas.
  • Provide regular coaching and recognize the strengths of your team to use their skills in the most effective areas.
  • Work closely with site leadership on recognizing employee achievements and continued development.
  • Uphold high levels of safety expectations at all times, including incident reports, spills, or equipment needs of your team.
