About The Position

McKee Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Manufacturing team to provide direct supervision in the manufacturing environment. This role involves maintaining a safe work environment, ensuring product and process quality, upholding food safety and sanitation standards, managing productivity, identifying and implementing improvement opportunities, administering Human Resources systems and processes, maintaining employee staffing levels, fostering positive employee relations, evaluating and managing performance, developing employees, and building internal partnerships. Effective communication, managing personal performance, and handling administrative duties are also key aspects of this position.

Requirements

  • Two-year college degree in related area of study or outstanding proven ability
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Good written, verbal and human relations skills
  • Math proficiency in areas such as fractions, percentages, and basic algebra

  • Five or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Lean Manufacturing experience
