About The Position

McKee Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Manufacturing team. This role provides direct supervision in the manufacturing environment, focusing on maintaining a safe work environment, product and process quality, food safety and sanitation, and managing productivity. The supervisor will also be responsible for identifying and managing improvement opportunities, administering Human Resources systems and processes, maintaining employee staffing levels, fostering positive employee relations, evaluating and managing performance, developing employees, and maintaining internal partnerships. Effective communication, managing personal performance, and handling administrative duties are also key aspects of this position.

• Working knowledge of Workday, MAXIMO, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Five or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Lean Manufacturing experience
