About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for supervising employees, coordinating production schedules, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing leadership experience and strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in fast-paced production environments
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
