About The Position

Requirements

College or university degree in operations management or related field.
5-8 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in a unionized environment.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluency in French (oral and written) and working knowledge of English.
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Lean 6-Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities
