What You’ll Do
As a Production Supervisor, you’ll oversee the day-to-day activities of our production workforce supporting the fabrication and inspection of new and refurbished medical kits. You’ll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence while upholding our quality and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Proven supervisory experience, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts (hands-on or educational)
• Solid computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MRP/ERP systems
• Ability to balance people leadership with operational execution
• Fluency in English
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License (or ability to obtain one) and proof of auto insurance per state requirements

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience in a progressive manufacturing environment)

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching, and motivating production team members while managing performance and engagement
• Partnering with the Operations Manager to plan and execute manufacturing and training programs
• Driving continuous process improvement aligned with lean manufacturing principles
• Tracking, analyzing, and reporting key performance metrics
• Implementing and monitoring company quality initiatives to ensure audit readiness
• Ensuring strict compliance with HIPAA and all confidentiality requirements
• Supporting a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork
• Taking on additional responsibilities as needed—because no two days are ever the same
