Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a food warehouse or production environment.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures specific to the food industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

Nice To Haves

  • bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the activities of Repack associates to ensure productivity and quality targets are met.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean repackaging environment.
  • Ensure that all products leaving the packaging area are in line with company packaging and quality standards.
  • Advise the Repack Supervisor of any attendance, tardiness, performance, or misconduct issues relating to Repack employees.
  • Ensure adherence to health and food safety protocols, policies and practices.
  • Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock of packaging materials.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by Repack associates and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Conduct pre-and post-production inspections.
  • Assist in preparing reports on productivity, quality, and other key performance indicators.
  • Understand relevant warehouse SOP’s and systems utilizing warehouse and ERP software.
  • Perform other related tasks or duties as required.
