About The Position

The Production Supervisor will oversee the direct management of employees, including their hours and workload. This role is responsible for managing the entire order lifecycle, from receipt through to shipping, and ensuring the efficient assembly of lighting fixtures. The supervisor will ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods, maintain product quality through rigorous QC checks, and guarantee that all daily orders are shipped on schedule. A key aspect of this role is ensuring the readiness and quality of raw materials for production. The supervisor is accountable for the safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement of their direct reports.

Computer competency
Strong understanding of health and safety protocols
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Effective problem-solving
Strong communication skills
2-5 years experience in Production Supervision

Responsibilities

Manage direct reports
Manage employee hours and workload
Manage orders from receipt to shipping
Manage assembly of lighting fixtures
Deliver material and FG on time
QC product as it flows through production
Ensure Product flows through floor to shipping
Ensure all orders for the day are shipped on time
Ensure all RM needed for orders is ready to produce and in good quality
Responsible for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Engagement for direct reports
