About The Position
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Working Lead for our LightArt operations day shift. This role is responsible for Leading activities of workers engaged in packing and shipping of products. They must work safely, be self-motivated and produce great quality products. The ideal candidate will have a packing and shipping background, but this is not required.

Responsibilities
- Analyzes and resolves work problems.
- Manage shipping schedule.
- Quality check all material.
- Print paperwork for shipping.
- Pack and palletize material with team.
- Audit paperwork with what is shipping—make sure all items on paperwork are being shipped.
- Bring up any discrepancies.
- Deliver pallets to the shipping department.
- Paperwork for PWOP and place pallets in PWOP.
- Clean and Organize area.
- 5S and label everything.
- Min/Max set on all shipping supplies.
- Manage shipping supplies.
- Answer questions from sales.
