About The Position

This role is for a Production Supervisor on the 2nd shift. The supervisor will be responsible for managing, training, and assisting production employees, ensuring that the volume and quality of work meet company standards. This position also involves setting up and operating various types of production equipment and providing comprehensive status reports to the VP of Operations.

Requirements

• Supervisory experience in production or factory environment
• Strong mechanical, technical and communication skills
• Excellent attendance and willingness to learn all aspects of job
• Ability to work from a standing position and bend/lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs
• Mechanical aptitude assessment required
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required
