Requirements

2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or 5+ years of progressive leadership experience
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Understanding of ISO standards (ISO22000, ISO9001 is a plus)
Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive leadership style
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with production equipment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with food safety systems such as HACCP (preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor production associates to meet operational and customer goals
Oversee daily production and packaging operations, ensuring first-run quality standards
Drive shift performance to support cost efficiency and productivity targets
Manage staffing levels, schedules, attendance, and time-off administration
Monitor shift handoff notes and proactively resolve recurring issues
Ensure compliance with GMP, FSSC22000, and all safety and quality standards
Enforce company policies through leadership, accountability, and coaching
Support a culture of continuous improvement and team-based problem solving
Jump in on the floor to assist operators and troubleshoot equipment or process issues as needed
