Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in a production leadership role.
• Associate’s degree required; higher education is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Must have valid work authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead and allocate resources to meet production targets efficiently.
• Ensure production schedules align with demand and inventory goals.
• Identify and recommend improvements to equipment and facilities.
• Drive execution of production plans with a focus on quality and timeliness.
• Analyze and improve production processes for better performance.
• Resolve critical product and equipment issues in collaboration with internal teams.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Support and develop your team with clear direction and motivation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
