Requirements

• Five years’ experience in a graphite manufacturing environment with prior supervision or team leader responsibilities is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to identify, assess and react quickly to resolve problems
• Ability to interpret and respond effectively to changing process demands
• Effective communication skills
• Ability and willingness to motivate employees
• Ability to enforce company policies and procedures
• Basic computer skills in the MS Office suite of products are a must
• Familiarity with ERP software, such as JDE will be a plus.

• Management of production activities
