About The Position
Prestige Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for a direct hire 2nd shift opportunity with outstanding benefits.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum (4) years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be available to work any shift
- Experience with welding, robotics, and assembly methods
- Lean manufacturing experience required
Responsibilities
- Direct all plant activities on 2nd shift
- Employee training and performance reviews
- Assess labor requirement vs headcount
- Monitor quality of product
- Conducting shift meetings
- Lead and facilitate corrective action and continuous improvement teams
