Production Operator Level II - Direct Hire
About The Position
Kirby Risk Precision Machining, a division of Kirby Risk Corporation, is seeking a Production Operator Level II for a direct hire position. This role involves performing CNC machining tasks, quality checks, deburring, cleaning, and packing parts according to customer specifications and ISO quality practices. The operator will inspect parts, detect defective materials, maintain production pace, and ensure a clean work area. This is a fast-paced, onsite role in a controlled temperature environment with varying noise levels, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and adapt to different work environments.
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED
- Good attention to detail and organization
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to perform and retain various skill-related tasks, training, and operations
- Fulfills obligations while demonstrating dependability, reliability, and responsiveness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have legal status that enables you to work in the U.S. (sponsorship not available)

Responsibilities
- Perform CNC machining tasks according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions
- Load and unload machines, perform quality checks, deburr, clean, and pack parts to customer specifications
- Follow all KRPM procedures for operation and inspection of parts, ensuring ISO quality practices are respected and tolerances are maintained
- Inspect all parts produced to meet customer quality expectations while performing milling, turning, drilling, tapping, de-burring, cleaning, and other designated bench operations
- Detect and report defective materials and concerns to the production supervisor for corrective action
- Perform 5S on machines and work areas as required for a clean area and work center
- Maintain production pace to ensure customer demands and shipment deadlines
