Job Title Production Supervisor About your role: As a Production Supervisor for our card production operations in Omaha, you will lead a team of production associates to meet or exceed client production deadlines. You will coordinate work, maintain a strong presence on the production floor, and support machine setup and adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality. You will help optimize workflow, staff utilization, and production efficiency so we consistently deliver on our commitments to clients. What you'll do: Coordinate daily tasks and staffing through your team to meet card production objectives and service-level commitments. Assist production associates with maintaining, troubleshooting, and adjusting production machines to ensure work accuracy and minimize downtime. Maintain a visible presence on the production floor to monitor workflow, work-in-progress, and staff utilization throughout the shift. Analyze and adjust production plans, priorities, and resource allocation in real time to increase throughput and efficiency. Ensure work orders are processed according to defined priorities, quality standards, and security procedures for card production. Research quality defects and perform root cause analysis to provide information to cross functional teams. Coach, guide, and provide performance feedback to associates to support skill development, engagement, and adherence to production and quality standards. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in print, mail, or card production operations.
  • 3+ years of experience using computer workstations or production systems to review, input, and track work-related data.
  • 1+ years of experience managing and developing teams in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
  • Skills in monitoring workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and making measurable process adjustments to improve throughput, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
  • Ability to safely work around and support the operation of mechanical production equipment, following documented safety and security procedures.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 6+ years of production or manufacturing related experience.
  • 3+ years of experience supervising teams in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills to research issues, analyze options, and implement solutions that improve productivity and quality.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and understand production machinery setup and adjustments.
  • Proven time management abilities to balance multiple priorities, shifting workloads, and tight deadlines.
