ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: •Oversee daily operations to meet production targets and departmental KPIs. •Establish priorities, monitor progress, and make adjustments to resolve issues promptly. •Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer specifications •Investigate and resolve quality concerns effectively and promptly. •Enforce adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. •Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals. •Maintain accurate documentation related to personnel matters •Coordinate training and cross-training programs, with the assistance of team leaders and trainers, to build a flexible workforce. •Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback as needed. •Identify inefficiencies and implement improvement initiatives •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and protect company culture •Review and approve timecards accurately and on time, ensuring sign-offs are completed before payroll deadlines. •Assist team leaders in interpreting specifications and job orders and assigning duties to the line. •Develop, review, modify, and maintain work instructions and other controlled documents. •Exemplify LION Core Beliefs.
