About The Position

Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring the efficient and timely manufacturing of goods. This role involves analyzing production documents, planning work schedules, collaborating with other departments, and maintaining accurate records of operations data. The supervisor is responsible for implementing measures to motivate employees, enhance production methods, and ensure product quality. They will also be responsible for requesting necessary materials, supplies, and services, maintaining regular attendance, and fostering cooperative relationships with colleagues while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements

A minimum of HS graduate/GED.
A minimum of 3 – 5 years industry experience or equivalent experience in a similar industry.
Ability to build a successful team by fostering an environment of trust.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong attention to quality detail and good decision-making.
Effective communication and excellent interpersonal relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Prepares reports on shift performance for departmental supervisors.

Maintains regular attendance and be punctual for assigned shifts.
Fosters cooperative relationships with colleagues.
Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
