Schedule 3 rd Shift (Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM) Onsite; additional days and times as needed Location 272 Patton Farm Road Stuarts Draft, Virginia 24477 Job Summary McKee Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Manufacturing team to provide direct supervision in the manufacturing environment, including but not limited to: Maintaining a safe work environment Maintaining product and process quality Maintaining food safety and sanitation Managing productivity Managing improvement opportunities Administering Human Resources systems/processes Maintaining employee staffing levels Maintaining employee relations, evaluating and managing performance Developing employees Developing and maintaining internal partnerships Communicating effectively Managing personal performance Managing administrative duties

Requirements

• Two-year college degree in related area of study or outstanding proven ability
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Good written, verbal and human relations skills
• Math proficiency in areas such as fractions, percentages, and basic algebra

• Good decision making and problem solving skills

• Lean Manufacturing experience
