Plan and direct daily production activities to support safe, efficient, and consistent execution of operational goals. Coordinate all stages of the production process by monitoring workflow, adjusting priorities, and supporting accurate scheduling to meet customer and production requirements. Promote and model safety, food safety, and quality expectations while holding employees accountable for following established procedures and standards. Function as a resource and escalation point for production employees by providing coaching, guidance, and developmental support to strengthen individual and team performance. Maintain a strong leadership presence to reinforce engagement, communication, and continuous improvement within the department.
