Requirements

Associate or bachelor’s degree in Print Production, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in print or media production, with a strong understanding of press operations and production workflows.
Proven experience in supervising production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing or print environment.
Knowledge of print production processes, including prepress, press operation, and finishing.
Understanding of quality assurance standards and techniques in a manufacturing or print setting.
Skill in scheduling, coordinating resources, and managing multiple production priorities.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members in a performance-driven environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing operational issues.
Effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior leadership.
Ability to interpret technical documentation, production reports, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in using production management systems, ERP tools, and general office software.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing demands and timelines.
Commitment to continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and workplace safety.
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities on the print production floor to ensure efficient workflow.
Manage press schedules and coordinate with team members to meet production deadlines.
Monitor and maintain quality control throughout the production process.
Lead and support production staff, including operators and technicians, to achieve performance goals.
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce downtime and enhance productivity.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely solutions to minimize disruptions.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align production efforts with overall objectives.
Train new employees and support ongoing skill development for production personnel.
Maintain accurate records of production output, incidents, and maintenance activities.
Complies fully and consistently with the Company's standards, policies, and procedures and the local and federal laws applicable to our industry, business, and employment practices.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, in accordance with the education and experience requirements contained in this document.
