Production Supervisor

You will play an important part in supporting output, maintaining organized material flow, and reinforcing high standards for safety and quality across production activities.
Requirements
- Experience with shipping and receiving operations, including loading and unloading materials.
- Background in inventory management and organizing received materials accurately.
- Forklift operation experience and the ability to use power tools as needed.
- Working knowledge of safety procedures, quality standards, and production workflows.
- Experience tracking production metrics and supporting continuous process improvements.
- Able to regularly lift materials, stand for long periods, and perform frequent loading and unloading.
- Eligibility to work in the United States, with availability for occasional overtime.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output targets.
- Load and unload shipments of building materials.
- Verifying accuracy of products that are being shipped and received.
- Manage and organize received material into inventory.
- Use power tools to accurately cut material to size.
- Coordinate across departments as needed.
