Requirements

2+ years of manufacturing and supervisory experience
Leadership experience
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Experiencing working with measurements and basic math
High school diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Experience with an ERP system (Epicor preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of the production team, assigning work, setting priorities, and keeping production on schedule while maintaining high standards for quality and efficiency.
Coach team members through regular feedback, training, and performance management, fostering a positive work environment built on accountability and respect.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve production methods, workflows, equipment utilization, and operating procedures.
Monitor quality, productivity, labor, and departmental performance metrics, providing regular updates and implementing solutions to keep the team on track.
Promote a strong safety culture by conducting daily safety talks, enforcing safety standards, identifying workplace hazards, and ensuring OSHA compliance.
Resolve employee concerns fairly and consistently while partnering with management, Human Resources, and the Safety Team to support employee success and maintain positive employee relations.
Manage attendance, timekeeping, and departmental priorities to ensure production goals are met while supporting the successful startup and continued growth of the Palmer facility.
