This role is responsible for overseeing shift activities, driving operational excellence, and ensuring a safe, productive, and quality-focused work environment. The Production Supervisor serves as a key leader within the manufacturing team, providing direction, coaching, and support to production operators and material handlers. The successful candidate will be accountable for shift performance, employee development, safety compliance, product quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Our 3rd Shift team plays a critical role in plant operations by starting up the facility each Sunday evening and concluding their weekly production schedule early Friday morning.
