About The Position

As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the beverage production line, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a team of production workers, maintain production schedules, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. The position will be based in Richmond, CA.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree or related certification is a plus.
• Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing within a food or beverage production environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, FDA, etc.) and sanitation best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily and weekly output goals.
• Train and mentor production staff, promoting a team-oriented environment.
• Monitor production processes, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Identify and address any issues that could disrupt production flow.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Assurance and Maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and report any discrepancies.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety protocols.
