About The Position

AHF Products is hiring a Production Supervisor in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role provides daily leadership to production associates and ensures safety, quality, and production goals are met. The supervisor oversees daily operations, drives continuous improvement, and builds strong, engaged teams. The schedule is 2nd shift, 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. The position involves working in a non-temperature-controlled environment and performing frequent walking, bending, or stooping, repetitive movements, and lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds. The role also requires staying calm under pressure, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining urgency.

Requirements

3–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or a related environment.
High school diploma or GED.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
Comfort using MS Office tools, including Excel and Word, and ERP systems.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Model safe behaviors and enforce safety protocols in support of the Safety 1st approach.
Lead the team to meet or exceed production targets for yield, throughput, and material usage.
Ensure quality standards are met and prevent issues from reaching customers.
Manage daily operations, including scheduling, manpower planning, and time and attendance.
Support training, development, and performance management of production associates.
Collaborate with Engineering and NPD teams on special projects and line improvements.
Drive process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement tools.
