About The Position

You will report directly to our Operation Manager and you’ll work out of our Torrance, CA location on a full-time on-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall productivity and effectiveness of our production operations, directly contributing to the success of our business by ensuring that we meet customer demands and maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production methodologies.
Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
Proficiency in using production management software and ERP systems.
Ability to analyze production data and implement effective solutions.
Candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Proven track record of achieving production targets and improving operational efficiency.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities and manage the production team to achieve operational goals.
Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring timely completion of production targets.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety in the production process.
