ISC Production Supervisor
About The Position
As a Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will supervise a team of RF/Microwave Assemblers focused on the production assembly of our advanced microwave subsystems for applications including missile front ends, radar receivers, wideband tuners and synthesized sources. The work of the team is hybrid assembly which includes substrate attach, automated device epoxy attach and wire bonding processes. Assemblers also program automated equipment, perform machine checks, collect SPC data and capture root causes of defects found in-process. They work closely with a team of process engineers on continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
- Supervision of RF/Microwave Assemblers.
- Experience with hybrid assembly including substrate attach, automated device epoxy attach, and wire bonding processes.
- Familiarity with programming automated equipment.
- Experience with machine checks.
- Experience collecting SPC data.
- Experience capturing root causes of defects found in-process.
- Ability to work closely with process engineers on continuous improvement projects.
