About The Position

Flex is seeking a Production Supervisor for their Server Repair Operations, focusing on Work-In-Process (WIP) and Production Control. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, monitoring aging orders, tracking production status, ensuring transaction integrity, and providing operational visibility through reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, data-driven, and experienced in WIP control, inventory management, production order tracking, BAAN, Flex Flow, and server repair operations. This position acts as the primary support resource for the WIP Supervisor.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in manufacturing, inventory control, production control, repair operations, logistics, or materials management.
Strong Excel skills required.
Experience with MES systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI is a plus.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, data accuracy, problem solving, communication, teamwork, time management, and process discipline.

Nice To Haves

Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree preferred in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Server repair experience preferred.
Preferred knowledge of Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query, dashboard creation, and KPI reporting.
BAAN ERP preferred.
Flex Flow preferred.

Responsibilities

Support all Work-In-Process (WIP) and Production Control activities across server repair operations.
Maintain inventory accuracy.
Monitor aging orders.
Track production status.
Ensure transaction integrity.
Provide operational visibility through reporting and analytics.
Monitor WIP and track material movement.
Maintain dashboards.
Identify aging inventory.
Support daily operational reviews.
Ensure production orders progress according to plan.
Monitor open orders, aging orders, past due orders, engineering holds, quality holds, and material shortages.
Follow up with operational teams to drive closure and execution.
Support inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, transaction audits, material traceability, discrepancy investigations, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
Execute and validate transactions within BAAN ERP, Flex Flow, MES systems, and inventory management tools.
Ensure transactional accuracy and data integrity.
Develop KPI dashboards and reports covering WIP, aging, inventory accuracy, backlog, throughput, shipment readiness, cycle time, and TAT performance.
