About The Position
The Production Supervisor directs and coordinates activities of production department(s) in processing materials or manufacturing products. They prepare operational schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities and maintenance to ensure production and quality of products meet specifications, while leading the team with a positive attitude and environment. Training is provided for this salary position.
Requirements
- Age 18 or older
- General math skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Mechanical or manufacturing experience
- Regularly required to stand, use repetitive hand/wrist movement
- Frequently required to stoop, kneel, lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Other required abilities include verifying color and print quality.
