We are seeking a Production Supervisor who embodies servant leadership and humility, sharing our commitment to people. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for executing production goals and objectives during their shift, creating a safe environment aligned with company values, and fostering a team culture in line with Ready Foods' mission, vision, and strategic plans. This is a full-time salaried position reporting directly to the Production Superintendent or Manager.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in food production.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Supervisory experience/skills are essential.
Knowledge of Quality Assurance procedures in an industrial environment, including HACCP, GMP, and SSOP.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
Solid Computer skills.
Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and develop Production team members, following Lean principles and ensuring teamwork, dedication, and discipline as a servant leader.
Meet production schedules by collaborating with other departments and ensuring successful teamwork.
Create a team environment aligned with company mission and vision, improving production capabilities, implementing Lean practices, and maintaining company culture with reliability, honor, and trust.
Role model a culture of safe work practices and ensure Food Safety and Quality requirements are met to eliminate food safety risks.
