About The Position

Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Production Supervisor for a blending and manufacturing operation focused on the production of coatings and dry seasonings.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
5–8 years of production/manufacturing experience
2–3 years of supervisory or team lead experience
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of production metrics, KPIs, and business measurement systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with training, scheduling, time management, and employee relations
Working knowledge of industrial safety practices and regulations (OSHA, EPA, ADA preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily blending department operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production output
Lead production teams while promoting a strong safety culture through training, safety meetings, and GMP compliance
Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and management teams to ensure smooth operational workflow
Maintain a clean, organized, and positive work environment that supports teamwork and continuous improvement
Monitor production performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
Utilize and maintain proficiency with SAP bar code scanning systems and related production tracking tools
Support employee development through coaching, training, mentoring, and corrective action when necessary
Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with quality standards and address material or process deficiencies
Communicate effectively with leadership teams to support production goals and operational priorities
Promote a team-based culture focused on accountability, engagement, and customer satisfaction
