You’ll oversee several production lines, work closely with line leaders, and make sure the team has everything they need to hit their daily output targets. Requirements

3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments.
Comfortable coordinating teams and managing multiple priorities at once.
Strong communication skills and ability to keep teams aligned.
Ability to identify problems quickly and find practical solutions.
Familiarity with production documentation and operational procedures.

Nice To Haves

Previous leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operation of 3–4 production lines and the line leaders responsible for running them.
Establish clear production goals and ensure each line understands the targets they are working toward.
Make sure each line has the materials, components, documentation, and staffing it needs before production staff arrive so the day starts on time.
Provide guidance, direction, and support to the line leaders who report to you.
Assign workers to the right roles on each line and ensure the team is positioned for success.
Solve minor problems, address non-technical equipment issues, and remove obstacles that could slow down production.
Ensure production records and documentation are completed accurately each day for every line under your supervision.
You’ll be responsible for meeting the daily production output targets assigned to your group of lines.
