About The Position

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily cleanroom production operations. The role supervises employees, maintains efficient workflow, meets production goals, and ensures quality and safety standards are followed. The supervisor is expected to take initiative, hold employees accountable, and work with management to improve overall plant performance.

Requirements

Must have held a formal Supervisor title in previous roles.
Must be ambitious.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills.
Friendly and helpful attitude.
Ability to work independently and perform physical job functions in the plant on occasion.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual Spanish and English skills are preferred but not required.
A college degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise all plant production and supply employees.
Stage work daily by department.
Establish strong communication within departments so daily goals are accomplished.
Maintain efficient workflow and meet production goals.
Ensure quality and safety standards are consistently followed.
Work closely with management to improve overall plant performance.
