About The Position

McKee Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Manufacturing team. This role provides direct supervision in the manufacturing environment, focusing on maintaining a safe work environment, product and process quality, and food safety and sanitation. The supervisor will also manage productivity, improvement opportunities, and administer Human Resources systems and processes. Key responsibilities include maintaining employee staffing levels, employee relations, performance evaluation and management, employee development, and fostering internal partnerships. Effective communication, managing personal performance, and handling administrative duties are also essential aspects of this position.
