Requirements

Associate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management) preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and coaching skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration)
1+ years of experience in leadership, ideally a production supervisory role, preferably within a manufacturing cleanroom environment.
Experience with hiring/onboarding /termination processes & Familiarity with CA labor laws
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Project management experience

Responsibilities

Directly supervise and motivate a team of approximately 30 entry-level to experienced production operators in a cleanroom environment, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Fiercely focused on achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly production targets, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal resource utilization.
Instill a strong quality mindset within the team, ensuring strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Proactively identify production bottlenecks, quality deviations, and operational challenges, implementing effective solutions and driving continuous process improvements.
Facilitate onboarding, training, and ongoing development for production operators, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed and grow.
Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and address performance issues effectively.
Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Foster open and transparent communication within the team and across departments. Confidently articulate ideas, perspectives, and concerns, while also actively listening and valuing diverse viewpoints.
Oversee all production activities during a 12-hour shift, including scheduling, breaks, and addressing immediate operational needs.
