The Production Supervisor will oversee production operations of the assigned shift, ensuring overall compliance with quality, safety, and operational policies and procedures. This role is responsible for employee safety and product/food safety, preparing work schedules, planning and directing activities to meet production goals, and ensuring all employees comply with policies, safety procedures, HACCP program, and GMPs, while wearing proper PPE. The supervisor will coordinate training, conduct regular team meetings, post performance goals, address performance issues, troubleshoot downtime, and issue work orders for equipment repairs. Additionally, the role involves developing, maintaining, evaluating, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), completing daily production reports, and evaluating data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. The supervisor will also support other team members, prepare performance evaluation information, ensure compliance with customer, safety/OSHA, and quality standards, operate within the company's core values, and ensure SAP data and Redzone are accurately maintained during the shift.
