About The Position

The Production Supervisor provides guidance and leadership to department personnel on an assigned shift. The role oversees production line efficiency, key performance indicators, downtime, process checks, equipment readiness, product quality, and safe working conditions. The supervisor also supports employees with troubleshooting, staffing, training, evaluation, development, coaching, problem-solving, and team building. The work is performed in a freezer, warehouse, and production environment that can reach -20 °C, and the schedule must support a 24-hour production facility.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of experience supervising production staff.
Basic computer and database application skills.
Familiarity with manufacturing systems.
Demonstrated leadership ability and strong communication skills.
Ability to work within timelines and in pressure situations.
Ability to handle multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities.
Flexibility to work a schedule that supports a 24-hour production facility.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree.
Food manufacturing experience.

Champion company-wide safety programs and initiatives.
Provide coaching, problem-solving, and team building for the department.
