This role involves overseeing the entire facility's flow, removing obstacles, supporting the team, driving production performance, and making critical decisions. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role.
• Proven experience in managing production teams and improving manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of production equipment and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Strong change management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Highly proficient with MS Office.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• SAP experience.
