About The Position

Flexpak is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead fulfillment, Kitting & Assembly, and general production operations at their Ogden, UT facility. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on teamwork, and is passionate about driving safety, quality, and performance. The supervisor will oversee daily production activities, support and coach team members, track performance, and ensure accurate and on-time order completion.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, kitting, or assembly leadership.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and safety.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Comfortable working on the floor — walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and leading by example.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
ERP/WMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations for Kitting & Assembly, Production & Fulfillment teams.
Manage schedules, workloads, and priorities to meet production goals.
Ensure orders meet customer requirements, following work instructions and drawings.
Track key metrics such as output, downtime, scrap, and on-time delivery.
Conduct daily team huddles to communicate updates and reinforce safety and quality.
Partner with the Production Manager and Director of Operations to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Provide hands-on support during high-volume periods.
Coach, train, and develop team members to build skills and accountability.
Enforce safety and quality standards and conduct regular inspections.
Collaborate with warehouse and materials teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability.
