About The Position

The Production Supervisor will be located in Tulsa, OK in the Shipping and Receiving Department. The role is responsible for leading a team of skilled workers to meet production schedules, collaborating with the production manager to develop and execute production activities in a safe working environment. The supervisor will follow quality controls and procedures to ensure raw material and finished goods comply with product specifications, and maintain a safe and clean working environment, promptly addressing any safety concerns. Additionally, the role involves preparing and maintaining production reports, including performance metrics, production output, and quality data, and providing regular updates to management. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related degree preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience will be considered.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Qualified candidates without formal supervisory experience may be considered based on their skills, experience, and demonstrated ability to lead teams or projects.
