About The Position

In this rewarding position you will be an essential manager of employees responsible for the manufacture of truck and trailer parts for the largest do-it-yourself moving company in the world. Requirements
- 3+ years in manufacturing or assembly facilities.
- Familiar with print reading and use of inspection tools.
- Good computer skills.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory or related experience is a plus.
- Previous ERP experience preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate each robotic welding station to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Hire, train, review and support robot operators, welders, programmers, and other department employees.
- Track work orders, post production, conduct cycle counts.
- Maintain open lines of communication between employees and managers.
- Ensure resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly.
