About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to standard operating procedures. The Production Supervisor will manage a team, monitor critical control points, and communicate effectively with management and team members. This position requires a strong understanding of industrial environments, mechanical aptitude, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills/ability to conduct large group meetings to shift personnel
Mechanical aptitude as demonstrated by prior experience.
Ability to think ahead, anticipate problems, make decisions
Self-motivated towards productivity improvements, quality, and safety awareness.
Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation.
Willing to work overtimes, weekends and some holidays as needed.
Flexible and able to accept and respond to multi-task assignments quickly, readily, and safely.
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Leadership experience in an industrial environment required.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Ensure all team members are operating safely and efficiently.
Ensure each team member is following all NOV Tuboscope Standard Operating Procedures and QMS Procedures.
Assign team members their duties for the shift.
Develop, monitor, and maintain critical control points to ensure excellent process and product quality.
Communicate and coordinate all pertinent information from the Facility Manager to Reports ensuring effective and safe operations.
Performing quality checks throughout production runs.
Inform the Manager or his designee of any interruptions or irregularities in the production line.
Follow all Company HSE, QMS policies and procedures and report to the appropriate personnel of any violations of these policies or procedures.
Ensure all QMS and daily production reports are being completed.
Perform other various job duties that may be required by the Manager or their designees.
