Production Supervisor (Finishing) - Weekend Day Shift

Requirements
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Clear and effective communication skills with all levels of management
- Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience handling personnel issues and administering corrective action
Nice To Haves
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication or CNC manufacturing
- Experience leading multi-department production teams
- Familiarity with production tracking systems or workflow management tools
- Experience driving process improvements or efficiency initiatives
Responsibilities
- Oversee all production operations during your assigned shift, including production, post-production, quality control, and shipping
- Prioritize and organize daily production, provide guidance to staff, and address bottlenecks by redistributing labor to ensure timelines are met and orders are completed on time.
- Ensure all departments produce and ship parts that meet company quality guidelines while maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe operation.
- Support training, coaching, and development of staff members.
- Maintain smooth shift transitions by conducting regular shift huddles to ensure clear and consistent communication with staff.
- Communicate with Customer Support and Preflight teams regarding problematic orders and offer solutions to resolve issues.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient production floor
- Perform end of shift duties as directed by the Operations Director.
- Address personnel concerns and administer corrective action when necessary in partnership with leadership
- Complete any additional tasks as set forth by the Operations Director.
- Perform other duties as assigned
