Production Supervisor - Electrical

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical operations across our production lines. This role is responsible for driving productivity, ensuring high-quality installations, and maintaining safe, efficient workflows while leading a team of electricians in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of electrical experience (construction or manufacturing preferred)
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and code compliance
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical layouts
- Experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment is a plus

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electrical teams across production lines (rough and finish electrical)
- Drive daily production targets, ensuring schedule adherence and labor efficiency
- Maintain workflow and eliminate bottlenecks to support continuous line movement
- Ensure all electrical work meets NEC standards and VBC quality expectations
- Utilize computer systems effectively (ACC, Excel, Smartsheet required)
- Enforce safety policies and promote a strong safety culture on the floor
- Train, coach, and develop electricians and team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth module completion
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce rework
