About The Position

As the Production Supervisor, Co-Pack Department, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead and develop warehouse staff, and drive safety, accuracy, and productivity. You’ll ensure your team meets operational goals while fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education
At least three years proven experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
Proven experience with problem solving skills, troubleshooting and analysis, and taking initiative
Strong conflict resolution skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Relationship building and customer facing experience
Experience with 5S and continuous improvement programs
Strong knowledge of MS Office and WMS software
Experience with time keeping

Nice To Haves

BS/BA in Logistics/Supply Chain, general business relevant field is preferred
ADP is a plus

Responsibilities

Supervise shipping/receiving activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements
Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and track team performance against KPIs
Train and certify team members on equipment operation, OSHA compliance, and audit readiness
Operate a sit-down forklift and ensure safe equipment usage across the team
Develop and manage schedules, assign and monitor work, and resolve operational issues
Maintain accurate inventory and ensure timely, accurate documentation of shipments
Monitor employee productivity and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
Resolve employee and customer concerns both verbally and in writing
Maintain personnel records, manage timekeeping, and approve payroll
Enforce safety policies, manage incident reporting, and conduct investigations as needed
Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Lead a team of hourly and temporary associates
