About The Position

As the Production Supervisor, Co-Pack Department, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead and develop warehouse staff, and drive safety, accuracy, and productivity. You’ll ensure your team meets operational goals while fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • At least three years proven experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
  • Proven experience with problem solving skills, troubleshooting and analysis, and taking initiative
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relationship building and customer facing experience
  • Experience with 5S and continuous improvement programs
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and WMS software
  • Experience with time keeping

Nice To Haves

  • BS/BA in Logistics/Supply Chain, general business relevant field is preferred
  • ADP is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Supervise shipping/receiving activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements
  • Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and track team performance against KPIs
  • Train and certify team members on equipment operation, OSHA compliance, and audit readiness
  • Operate a sit-down forklift and ensure safe equipment usage across the team
  • Develop and manage schedules, assign and monitor work, and resolve operational issues
  • Maintain accurate inventory and ensure timely, accurate documentation of shipments
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Resolve employee and customer concerns both verbally and in writing
  • Maintain personnel records, manage timekeeping, and approve payroll
  • Enforce safety policies, manage incident reporting, and conduct investigations as needed
  • Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead a team of hourly and temporary associates
