About The Position

Campus Enterprises is NC State University’s division of retail and hospitality organizations. This role is for Wolf Xpress, located in Talley Student Union (Wolfpack Outfitters). The purpose of this position is to provide excellent customer service and experience to all guests shopping at Wolf Xpress. Students will start at a Tier 1 at $11 per hour. The work schedule offers flexible shifts that work around your class schedule, with an expected commitment of 15-20 hours per week. This position is Federal Work-Study Eligible.

Requirements

Current NC State University student with a flexible schedule
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and customers
Ability to provide exemplary customer service to every guest
Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator

Responsibilities

Design projects for clients
Typesetting and layout of projects
Work with staff to ensure branding elements are met
Manage student staff
Acrobat, print production according to specs, packaging completed projects for delivery
Work with student clients to ensure projects are completed to spec
Answer phones and emails
Other duties as assigned
