The impact you’ll make in this role As a Production Specialist, you’ll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment. This role works the 3rd Shift (Sunday Night – Friday Morning; 11:30pm – 7:30am) and includes starting pay of $28.16/hour + $3.00 Shift Differential: Pay Increase after 6 months to $28.85/hour Pay Increase after 12 months to $29.55/hour

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
Three (3) years of manufacturing experience
One (1) year performing in a lead role in a manufacturing environment
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Responsibilities

Leading operations and serving as a Subject Matter Expert on equipment and processes.
Performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electronic, robotic, and chemical systems.
Driving Continuous Improvement initiatives focused on Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and Engagement.
Supporting production experiments, maintaining accurate process documentation, and partnering with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.
Ensuring compliance with safety standards (LOTO, PPE)
Providing Team Leader tasks on a backup/as needed basis
Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.
Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
